Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Teacher to join our employee wellness program. This role is ideal for someone who can inspire and guide employees of all levels in various dance forms, promoting physical fitness, stress relief, and team bonding. The Dance Teacher will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting engaging dance classes within our Hyderabad facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a diverse dance curriculum suitable for a corporate environment, catering to different skill levels and age groups.
- Conduct regular dance classes, workshops, and special events focusing on various dance styles (e.g., Bollywood, contemporary, folk, basic aerobics).
- Ensure a safe and encouraging learning environment for all participants.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate varying physical abilities and fitness levels.
- Plan and choreograph routines for company events or performances.
- Promote the dance program within the company to encourage participation.
- Manage class schedules, attendance, and provide feedback to participants.
- Stay updated with the latest dance trends and wellness practices.
