Role Summary:
ITC Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dance Teacher to lead and conduct engaging dance classes for its employees within its corporate office in India. The aim is to promote employee well-being, foster team spirit, and provide a creative outlet through the art of dance. The teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering a curriculum suitable for a diverse group of employees with varying levels of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive dance curriculum for beginners and intermediate levels, catering to various dance styles (e.g., Bollywood, Contemporary, Classical Indian).
- Conduct regular dance classes, ensuring a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Choreograph routines for potential employee events, cultural programs, or team-building activities.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning paces and physical capabilities.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their technique and performance.
- Maintain attendance records and communicate progress or concerns to the HR department.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in dance education.
- Manage class schedules and ensure timely commencement and conclusion of sessions.
