Dance Teacher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Teacher to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging dance programs for employees, fostering a vibrant and healthy workplace culture. This role requires a creative individual with a strong understanding of various dance forms and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse age groups and skill levels. The candidate should possess a B.Des degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in creative arts and design principles, which will be leveraged to create innovative and aesthetically pleasing dance routines and learning experiences. This position is suitable for individuals with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive dance curriculum across various styles (e.g., classical, contemporary, folk, Bollywood).
- Conduct regular dance classes, workshops, and practice sessions for employees.
- Choreograph routines for company events, cultural programs, and performances.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with HR and administration for event planning and logistics.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in dance education.
