Dance Teacher - Media, Entertainment & Telecom (0-1 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Dance Teacher to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Tech/B.E. degree who has a strong foundation in various dance forms and the ability to inspire and guide corporate employees with little to no prior dance experience. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging dance programs that promote physical well-being and team spirit within our media and entertainment organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct beginner-level dance classes for employees of varying skill levels.
- Develop engaging choreography for different dance styles, suitable for a corporate environment.
- Create a fun, encouraging, and safe learning atmosphere for all participants.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to students.
- Plan and organize workshops and special dance events.
- Maintain a positive and motivational attitude to foster a love for dance.
- Collaborate with the HR and employee engagement teams to promote participation in dance activities.
- Ensure all dance sessions are well-prepared and executed effectively.
