Data / Big Data Testing Engineer - Contract Role

We are seeking a motivated Data / Big Data Testing Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for individuals with a B.Tech/B.E. degree looking to gain hands-on experience in testing complex data pipelines and big data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for data and big data solutions, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and big data platforms.
- Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and data quality assessments.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in test planning, strategy, and estimation activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into testable scenarios.
- Test various data sources, data transformations, and data outputs.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data quality and performance testing.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
