Data Centre Operations and Server Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Centre Operations and Server Management Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and performance of our data centre infrastructure and server environment. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our critical IT systems, supporting our NBFC operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage data centre facilities, including power, cooling, and physical security.
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Implement and manage virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ensure system security by applying patches, updates, and security best practices.
- Manage user accounts and access controls.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
- Document system configurations and operational procedures.
- Respond to critical incidents and provide timely resolution.
