Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Operations team as a Data Centre Operations and Server Management Trainee. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to build a career in IT infrastructure management. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting the daily operations of our data centre and managing server environments under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the monitoring of data centre environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power).
- Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Perform routine system checks and troubleshooting of basic server issues.
- Help manage user accounts and access controls.
- Document IT procedures and system configurations.
- Participate in data backup and recovery operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth IT operations and resolve technical issues.
- Learn and adhere to company IT policies and security best practices.
