Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Centre Operations and Server Management professional to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of our data centre facilities and server infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Monitor and manage the health, performance, and availability of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• - Perform routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades for server operating systems (Windows, Linux) and related software.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in the data centre environment.
• - Implement and maintain server configurations, ensuring adherence to security policies and best practices.
• - Manage backups and disaster recovery operations.
• - Respond to critical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• - Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
