Data Centre Ops and Server Management (3-4 Yrs) in Miscellaneous

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our IT Operations team as a Data Centre Ops and Server Management specialist. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth and efficient operation of our data centre infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of our server systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position is based in Vijayawada and requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor data centre environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power) and respond to alerts.

Perform routine checks and maintenance on server hardware, including physical inspections and component replacements.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and patching of server operating systems (Windows/Linux).

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for server systems.

Respond to and resolve server-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

Document data centre operations, server configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

Collaborate with network and systems administrators to ensure integrated system performance.

Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.
