Data Centre Ops and Server Management (B.Sc Required) - Thiruvananthapuram

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Centre Operations and Server Management professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our data center infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our server environments. This role requires a strong understanding of server hardware, operating systems, networking, and data center best practices, with a Bachelor of Science degree as a foundational requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage data center operations, including power, cooling, and physical security systems.

Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and upgrades for various operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows Server).

Install, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware and associated components.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the server environment.

Implement and maintain server backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Respond to critical incidents and perform root cause analysis for system outages.

Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure seamless integration and protection of infrastructure.
