Data Centre Ops and Server Management | B.Tech/B.E. Professionals | Surat

We are seeking a motivated Data Centre Operations and Server Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of our data centre infrastructure and server environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the health and performance of servers (Windows, Linux) and related infrastructure within the data centre.

Perform routine server maintenance, patching, and updates to ensure systems are secure and up-to-date.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to servers and data centre equipment.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Assist in the implementation of new server deployments and upgrades.

Ensure data centre environmental controls (e.g., temperature, humidity) are maintained.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
