Data Centre Ops and Server Management - BBA/BBM Professionals (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a BBA/BBM background and 2-4 years of experience to join our Data Centre Operations and Server Management team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of our data centre infrastructure, supporting our extensive sports and leisure operations across India. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of servers and related systems, contributing to the overall stability and performance of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization, identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including patching, updates, and configuration management for Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the data centre environment.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of new servers and related hardware.
- Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to server infrastructure and data centre operations.
- Document system configurations, operational procedures, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with IT support teams to troubleshoot and resolve network and application issues impacting server performance.
- Ensure adherence to security policies and best practices for data centre operations.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning initiatives.
- Contribute to capacity planning and performance tuning of server systems.
