Data Centre Ops and Server Management - IT Services Sector (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Centre Operations and Server Management professional to join our dynamic IT team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in managing and maintaining data centre infrastructure and server environments. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and secure operation of our critical IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and related infrastructure.

Manage and maintain data centre facilities, including power, cooling, and physical security.

Implement and manage server patching, upgrades, and configuration management.

Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability through proactive monitoring and performance tuning.

Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in a timely manner.

Assist in capacity planning and resource management for data centre infrastructure.

Document operational procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deployments and infrastructure changes.
