Data Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team at Ather Energy. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and empowering our teams with actionable insights. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, and analysts to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines for various data sources (e.g., vehicle telemetry, manufacturing, sales, customer data).
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load data into our data warehouse.
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain data models that support analytical and reporting needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure and tooling.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices.
