Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our growing team at Tata Consumer Products. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support our business intelligence and analytics initiatives. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data availability, quality, and accessibility for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable ETL/ELT processes for various data sources.
- Build and optimize data models for data warehousing and data marts.
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across all data platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide data solutions.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering technologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
