Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized Data Entry / MIS professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient data management systems, supporting various operational and reporting needs within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data integrity, reporting tools, and excellent attention to detail, suitable for an individual with a BBA/BBM background.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update large datasets with accuracy and speed.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and MIS summaries.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across various systems.
Assist in data analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
Develop and maintain documentation for data entry procedures and MIS processes.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data and fulfill reporting requirements.
Perform data cleansing and validation to identify and correct errors.
Support the implementation and optimization of MIS tools and software.
