Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry / MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and analyzing various data sets to support our operational and administrative functions. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of our information systems and providing timely reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry.
- Generate regular reports on data summaries, trends, and operational metrics.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and errors.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Support other departments with data-related tasks and queries.
- Perform regular data backups and archiving.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for data management.
