Data Entry / MIS Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry / MIS Executive to join our Engineering & Construction division. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate and efficient data management, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of project-related information. This role is crucial for supporting project planning, execution, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter, update, and maintain project data in various databases and MIS systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before and after entry.
- Generate regular reports on project progress, resource allocation, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of MIS dashboards and tools.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary data and provide support.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.
- Perform data analysis and provide insights as required.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital and physical records.
- Support ad-hoc data-related requests from management.
