Data Platform Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team at Reliance Retail. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. You will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other engineering teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
- Build and manage data warehousing solutions and data lakes.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and manage data governance, security, and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data platform issues, ensuring high availability and data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.
