Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Data Scientist/Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Tech background and analytical skills to drive data-informed decision-making across various business functions within our NBFC operations. You will work on complex problems, develop predictive models, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models for credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Design and build dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their challenges and translate them into data science problems.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to evaluate the impact of new initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and analytics techniques.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis process.
