Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist/Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a B.Tech/B.E. degree. You will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive insights and strategic decisions within our design-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced analytical models to solve complex business problems.
- Perform data mining, data preparation, and feature engineering on large datasets.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate product features and marketing campaigns.
- Build and deploy predictive models for forecasting, customer segmentation, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and best practices.
