Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data Scientist with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role is crucial for driving data-informed decisions within our Infrastructure, Transport & Real Estate division. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical models to solve complex business problems, optimize operations, and identify new opportunities. This position requires a strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms for various use cases such as demand forecasting, risk assessment, and operational efficiency improvement.

Perform data mining and analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights relevant to infrastructure projects and real estate markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.

Design and implement data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant industry trends.
