Data Science & Machine Learning - Other (2-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Data Science & Machine Learning professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Lucknow. This role will focus on leveraging data to drive insights and improve operational efficiency within the metals and mining sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a business acumen developed through a BBA/BBM background, applied to data-driven problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of data science models and machine learning algorithms relevant to mining operations (e.g., predictive maintenance, resource optimization, safety analytics).
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and engineering, to understand business needs and translate them into data science projects.
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support the data warehousing and data cleaning processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models and systems.
