Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist/ML Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in developing and deploying innovative data-driven solutions to enhance our payment and lending products, optimize business operations, and drive strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on challenging problems in the fast-paced FinTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models for various applications such as fraud detection, credit risk assessment, customer segmentation, and personalized recommendations.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and deployment.
- Evaluate and monitor model performance, iterating and improving as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI.
- Contribute to the development of data infrastructure and best practices.
