Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with a BBA/BBM background and 3-5 years of experience to join our Data Science & Machine Learning team. This role will focus on leveraging data to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making within the electronics manufacturing industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to manufacturing operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing.
- Develop and implement business intelligence dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into actionable analytical projects.
- Assist in the development and application of statistical models and machine learning algorithms for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Support the data governance initiatives and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and business intelligence.
