Data Scientist

Role Summary:
Trivitron Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Scientist to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling to drive insights and innovations in our medical device and equipment development and performance monitoring. You will work closely with R&D, product management, and clinical teams to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve patient outcomes and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets from medical devices and clinical trials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven product requirements and identify areas for improvement in existing medical devices.
- Develop predictive models for device performance, failure prediction, and patient response.
- Clean, process, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Visualize and communicate complex findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and their applications in the healthcare and medical device industry.
- Contribute to the development of data infrastructure and pipelines to support advanced analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR where applicable) and ethical data handling practices.
