Data Scientist - AgriTech

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing AgriTech division. You will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive insights and solutions for our fertilizer and pesticide product development, market analysis, and supply chain optimization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement predictive models for crop yield, pest infestation, and disease outbreaks.
• Analyze large datasets from field trials, market research, and sensor data to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Design and execute A/B tests for new product formulations and application strategies.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate key findings to stakeholders across R&D, marketing, and sales.
• Collaborate with agronomists and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and agricultural technology.
