Data Warehouse Architect / Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Architect/Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data warehousing solutions. You will be responsible for defining the overall architecture, data models, ETL processes, and reporting strategies to support business intelligence and analytics needs for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop enterprise-level data warehouse solutions, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Define ETL/ELT processes and workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and loading from various sources into the data warehouse.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate and recommend data warehousing technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
- Optimize data warehouse performance for query efficiency and data retrieval speed.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data warehouse architecture and processes.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in data warehousing and business intelligence.
