Data warehouse Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Data Warehouse Manager with a BBA/BBM degree and 5-5 years of experience to oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehousing solutions. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and efficient utilization of clinical trial data to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence within our fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical operations, data management, and regulatory affairs to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Monitor data warehouse performance and optimize for efficiency and speed.
- Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and metadata.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage data security and access controls to ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH).
