Data Warehouse Manager

Role Summary:
Morphogenesis is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Manager to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehousing solutions. This role is crucial for supporting our strategic decision-making processes by ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and efficient reporting for our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools, with a proven ability to manage complex data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data warehouse solutions.
2. Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse.
3. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
5. Manage and optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing strategies.
6. Develop and maintain data models and schemas to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
7. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of BI tools and dashboards.
8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data team members.
9. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and business intelligence.
