We are seeking a skilled and motivated Database Administrator with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in the Gems & Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our databases, ensuring smooth operations and efficient data management. This role requires a strong understanding of database principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a B.Tech/B.E. in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and upgrade database software and related products.
Monitor database performance and tune for optimal efficiency.
Implement and maintain database security, including user access, permissions, and data encryption.
Perform regular database backups and recovery operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain database documentation.
Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and schema design.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all databases.
