Database Analyst (1-2 Yrs) at ANAROCK

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of database management and analysis principles. You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, integrity, and performance of our facility management databases, assisting in data extraction, analysis, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of database structures to support facility management operations.
- Perform routine data cleansing, validation, and integrity checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into the central database.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility management services.
- Analyze database performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Support end-users with database-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to implement database solutions and improvements.
- Maintain database documentation and adhere to data governance policies.
- Assist in data migration activities as and when required.
