Database Analyst

Role Summary:

This position is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and a strong understanding of business principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to user behavior, course performance, and business operations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements and support strategic initiatives.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the reliability of analytical outputs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of database structures and queries.
- Monitor database performance and recommend optimizations.
