Database Developer / Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Database Developer/Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our database systems, supporting our broadcasting operations. While a technical background is beneficial, we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong business acumen, demonstrated through a BBA/BBM degree, who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and structures to support broadcasting data needs.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into database solutions.
- Perform database administration tasks including installation, configuration, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all database systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize key business metrics derived from database data.
- Assist in the integration of database systems with other business applications.
- Stay updated with emerging database technologies and best practices.
