Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Database Developer/Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining our database systems to support our manufacturing operations and business intelligence needs. This role requires a strong understanding of database principles, data modeling, and SQL, with a focus on ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain relational databases and their schemas.
- Write efficient, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
- Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and schema adjustments.
- Implement and manage database security measures, including user access control and data encryption.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes for data migration and integration.
- Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
