We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Database Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of database management principles. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of our critical government and public administration databases, supporting nationwide digital payment initiatives. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of our database systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine database maintenance, including backups, recovery, and patching.
- Monitor database performance and implement optimizations to ensure efficient operation.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing access controls and security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new database structures.
- Generate reports and provide data insights as required.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure database compatibility and performance.
