Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Database Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences team in Indore. The ideal candidate will hold a B.Sc degree and be responsible for the efficient and secure management of our critical databases. This role involves ensuring data integrity, optimizing database performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database structures and schemas.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup/recovery procedures are in place.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT and research teams to support data requirements for R&D, clinical trials, and manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain database documentation and standards.
- Implement and manage data governance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and best practices.
