We are seeking a dedicated and caring Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall care, supervision, and development of children in our day care facility, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities, games, and crafts.
Assist with feeding, napping, and hygiene routines.
Maintain a clean and organized day care environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
Handle minor behavioral issues with patience and understanding.
Assist in planning and implementing daily schedules and activities.
