Job Description
Role Summary: The Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant will be responsible for the overall care, supervision, and development of children in the company's on-site or partnered day care facility. This role is crucial for supporting employees by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their children, enabling them to focus on their work within Wipro's dynamic semiconductor and electronics division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including arts, crafts, music, and storytelling.
- Assist children with daily routines such as feeding, napping, and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and record children's behavior and development.
- Administer basic first aid in case of minor injuries.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and childcare regulations.
