Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant

Role Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant to manage and oversee our on-site childcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children of our employees, ensuring their well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate daily schedules and activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Provide basic care, including feeding, changing diapers, and assisting with hygiene routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Observe and document children's progress and development.
- Manage classroom resources and supplies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
- Adhere to all company policies and childcare regulations.
- Plan and execute engaging educational activities, including storytelling, arts and crafts, and music.
