Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant to manage and oversee our on-site daycare facility. This role is crucial for supporting our employees by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for their children. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM background to manage operations, ensure compliance, and foster positive relationships within the daycare community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate daily schedules for children, including educational activities, playtime, and rest periods.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to strict safety protocols and hygiene standards.
- Manage daily operations of the daycare, including admissions, record-keeping, and inventory of supplies.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Plan and organize age-appropriate learning activities, crafts, and games to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Manage and train any assistant staff or volunteers if applicable.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the daycare, such as scheduling, budgeting (if applicable), and parent communication logs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local regulations and company policies for childcare facilities.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure the daycare services align with employee support initiatives.
