We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Care Teacher / Incharge / Attendant to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma and 3-5 years of experience in childcare or a related field, with a passion for early childhood education and development within a hospital setting. This role is crucial in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children whose parents are patients or staff at our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in the day care facility.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities, including games, crafts, and storytelling.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
Observe and record children's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and development.
Administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies as needed.
Assist with feeding, hygiene, and nap times for younger children.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive day care program.
