Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated DBA / Data Warehousing professional with 3 to 6 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehousing solutions, ensuring data integrity, performance, and availability to support critical business decisions in the FinTech domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions (e.g., Kimball, Inmon methodologies).
- Perform database administration tasks including installation, configuration, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning for large-scale OLAP databases.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools like Informatica, Talend, or custom scripts.
- Create and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction and transformation.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure optimal query execution and data retrieval speeds.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the data warehouse.
- Collaborate with data analysts, business intelligence developers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Implement and manage data security measures and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data warehousing and database management.
