Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a BBA/BBM background to join our team as a Junior DBA / Data Warehousing Assistant. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and maintaining our railway data infrastructure. You will work closely with senior team members to ensure data integrity, support reporting needs, and contribute to the efficiency of our data warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily monitoring and maintenance of databases.
- Support the data loading and transformation processes for the data warehouse.
- Help in generating routine reports and dashboards for business analysis.
- Learn and apply basic SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Participate in data quality checks and assist in resolving data inconsistencies.
- Document database procedures and data warehouse processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
- Gain exposure to data warehousing concepts and principles.
- Adhere to data security and privacy policies.
