Role Summary:
Morphogenesis is seeking a skilled and experienced DBA/Data Warehousing Specialist to manage and optimize its data infrastructure. This role will be crucial in ensuring the integrity, availability, and performance of our databases and data warehousing solutions, supporting our architectural and design operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database management, data warehousing principles, and experience with business intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems and data warehouses.
- Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all databases.
- Collaborate with architectural and design teams to understand data requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain data models and database schemas.
- Implement backup and recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in database management and data warehousing.
