Dean / Director role in Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dean / Director to lead key strategic initiatives within our agrochemical division. This role requires a strong understanding of the fertilizer, pesticide, and agrochemical landscape in India, coupled with strategic thinking and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree, bringing a unique perspective to our product development and market penetration strategies.
