We are seeking a visionary Dean / Director to lead and shape the strategic direction of our design and innovation initiatives within the rapidly evolving Telecom / ISP sector. This role is crucial for driving user-centric product development and fostering a culture of design excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user experience principles, especially relevant for a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the design strategy for new product and service offerings, aligning with business objectives and market trends in the Telecom / ISP space.
Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality design output.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to identify user needs and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly experiences.
Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and rationale behind design decisions.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and competitive landscape within the telecommunications industry.
