Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and motivated Debt Recovery Agent with a B.Sc degree to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in financial recovery within the facility management sector. The agent will be responsible for contacting clients, negotiating payment plans, and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting overdue clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiating payment arrangements and setting up repayment schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of all recovery activities and client communications.
- Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Adhering to all legal and company policies regarding debt collection.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information for recovery efforts.
- Providing excellent customer service while pursuing debt recovery.
