Role Summary:
As a Debt Recovery Agent at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd., you will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts owed to the company from various clients and partners within the entertainment sector. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely payments and resolving payment discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Contacting debtors via phone, email, or in person to discuss outstanding payments.
Negotiating payment plans and settlement agreements with debtors.
Investigating and resolving payment disputes and discrepancies.
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and debtor communications.
Adhering to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines for debt collection.
Collaborating with internal legal and finance departments on escalated cases.
Reporting on collection progress and identifying potential risks.
