Debt Recovery Agent

Role Summary: The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts from customers for Pepperfry. This role requires strong negotiation skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach to resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Adhere to all company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or management.
- Provide excellent customer service while pursuing debt recovery.
- Prepare regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.
